The doctor who stays
For twenty-nine years, Dr. Betti Reese has practiced family medicine in Greensboro the way it was meant to be practiced, knowing her patients by name and walking with families through every season of life. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and her Doctor of Medicine from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, then completed her residency at the In His Image Family Practice Residency, a calling that shaped the whole-person care Immanuel is built on.
“I have come to realize that medicine and ministry are inseparable. There is no way to separate the body from the soul. To help one part is to help all parts.”

Immanuel · God with us
Immanuel means “God with us.” It is the promise we try to keep with every patient, that you will not be a chart or a number, but a person who is known, present to, and cared for. We carry one verse at the heart of this practice:
“Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers.”
3 John 2
